Perabell is now at home
in the space last
inhabited by Bull & Bear
(114 W. Main St.). It
gets it’s name from the
combined surnames of
owners John Peragine and
Scotty Campbell.
Peragine, the chef grew
up in the medford area
but spent much of his
career cooking at such
places as Coco Pazzo in
Manhattan and
Philadelphia and the
former Sapore de Mare in
Wainscott. He described
his repertoire as both
“very American” and “all
over the place” with
dishes from Asia, France,
Italy, and Spain. |
